Shipping Policy:
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. In the event that the final shipping cost is less we will refund the difference. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from Mineralesque Cosmetics indicates you accept this statement and releases us from all liability. Please take note that some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to some fragrance oils, essential oils, and butters, such as shea and cocoa butters. Please discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children, and all products are for external use only. If you have any questions about a certain product, please contact me and we can discuss it. Contact your health care professional if you are unsure if a product is safe for you to use. We do not make any claims to healing or other properties of ingredients in our products. Care should be taken if you are pregnant or nursing. Contact your healthcare professional before using ANY of our products in the event you are pregnant or nursing. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about ingredients. You may return NEW, UNOPENED makeup items by Mineralesque Cosmetics within 10 days of delivery for replacement, paypal refund or store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to the delicate nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened/used items. The shrink wrap on the jars and bottles must be intact and unbroken. When shipping orders back, please make sure that you pack things as well as we ship them to you. We reserve the right to refuse returns and all decisions made by us are final. Samples are available for purchase of all mineral makeup, body oils, lotions and scrubs so that you may try the products before purchasing full sizes.
